Fliteline B.V. has held ISO 9001 quality management certification continuously since July 2016, and ISO/IEC 27001 information security certification for the same period. Environmental management certification to ISO 14001 followed in October 2020. All three are audited and issued by DEKRA Certification B.V. in Arnhem, and every certificate is published on this site with its number and validity dates so you can verify it independently.

That matters more in brokerage than it does in most industries. We do not own aircraft, so what you are buying from us is judgement, process and discretion. A quality management system that an external auditor tests every year is the only honest way to demonstrate the first two. Our information security certification covers the second, because a charter enquiry often reveals who is travelling, when, and why, and that information is frequently commercially or politically sensitive long before the flight operates.
