A season of flying is a programme, not a stack of charters.
Series charter is the same route flown repeatedly to an agreed pattern across a season or a contract, priced as a programme rather than flight by flight. That is a different commercial conversation from an ad hoc booking.
Capacity is the constraint rather than paperwork. European wet lease activity averages around two months per transaction, and summer capacity commits early, so a programme settled in spring has options that one settled in May does not.
