An exemption does not oblige anyone to carry it.
We arrange charters across all nine IATA hazard classes, and we confirm each operator's approvals and the receiving station's handling capability before contracting rather than afterwards. Some consignments are forbidden outright, and we say so at enquiry stage.
Worth knowing that even where a state grants an exemption from the normal requirements, no operator is obliged to carry the goods, and operators may impose their own additional conditions. An exemption opens a door. It does not guarantee lift.
