Multiple destinations in a day, or a team that needs to arrive able to work. Cabins with connectivity and space to hold a conversation in private, on a schedule built around the meetings rather than the timetable.
The reach argument is real. Paris Le Bourget sits about 11 kilometres from the centre of Paris, has a runway of roughly 3,000 metres, and has had no scheduled airline service since 1980. Airline networks are built around hubs. Charter is not.
