A medically configured aircraft with a clinical crew, or a medical escort on a scheduled service where that is clinically appropriate and considerably cheaper. The first conversation is usually with the treating team rather than with us.
EURAMI and CAMTS accredit the operating provider, not the broker, and CAMTS states expressly that brokering is not an acceptable practice for an accredited service. What we do is verify accreditation, including which specific aircraft it covers.
