Certification is evidence of process, not of outcome. ISO 9001 does not mean every trip runs perfectly. It means there is a documented system for how we quote, select operators, record decisions and handle complaints, and that an external auditor tests whether we actually follow it. When something goes wrong, that system is what determines whether it gets fixed properly or repeated.
It is also worth being clear about what a broker cannot hold. IS-BAO, EURAMI and CAMTS accreditation are for operators, not intermediaries, and any broker displaying them is misrepresenting what they do. The broker specific programmes are ARGUS Certified Charter Broker and WYVERN Wingman Broker Certification. We will list ours here if and when we hold them, and we will not list anything we do not.
